ランニングドランカーズのスタッフの多くは、全国のマラソン大会やトレイルランニングレース等に出走しているランナーたち。
プロの選手ではないけれど、様々な肩書きを持った人材が集まっていて、ランナー目線で考えた「おもしろいこと」「チャレンジしてみたいこと」等を形にしていくのが得意です。
その時、その場でしか出会うことのできない、人と人とのコミニュケーションを大切にし、アメリカスタイルのユルさとキツさのバランスが絶妙で、アットホームなレースやイベントを開催しています！

Almost my staff are runners who have participated in marathon competitions and trail running races.
They are not professional athletes.But we have human resources with various skill.
So we are good at giving shape to things like "interesting things" and "challenges " with the runner's point of view.
We cherish Once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and communication.
We hold on marathon competitions and trail running races like American style with balance between ease and difficulty
